Sustainability Focused
Fashion industry contributes to 10% of global CO₂ emissions annually, more than the emissions from international flights and maritime shipping combined. Reducing that number will take a long way, but we are ready to take the first steps.
The Market
The fashion industry is experiencing sustained and rapid growth, creating numerous opportunities across the sector. This dynamic environment is particularly favorable for the introduction of new innovations and technologies, such as 3D printing, which holds significant potential when applied to sneaker production.
Our Business Plan
Our strategic business plan is to manufacture an initial production run of 150 pairs of 3D-printed sneakers in Germany. These products will be packaged and then sold globally through our online platform after a very strong marketing campaign.
To advance this initiative, we are seeking a non-equity investment of DKK 50,000 divided in:
Timeline
In our production process, we implement a Just-In-Time (JIT) system to minimize lead times and reduce costs.
The production of all 150 pairs will be completed within a maximum timeframe of eight weeks. We will begin packaging, advertising and selling the sneakers progressively after the first week of production. With this approach, we anticipate completing the sale of all units within four months following the completion of the investment.
Investment Returns
For each pair of sneakers sold, we achieve a revenue of DKK 600. Applied to the full production run of 150 pairs, this equates to a total revenue of DKK 90,000, with all pairs expected to be sold within a four-month period.
This operation is projected to yield a net profit of DKK 31,200 after taxes, resulting in a positive ROI of 62,4%.
Business Scalability
Upon completing the initial production and sales cycle, we intend to reinvest 100% of the generated income into a subsequent cycle. This next phase will benefit from increased capital, enabling us to scale production and sell a higher volume of sneakers, resulting in greater projected revenue.
By replicating this operation four times—each cycle lasting four months and supported by progressively larger budgets—we anticipate generating a total revenue of DKK 524,880 over the course of a year.
Distribution of Profits
Upon the completion of the final production and sales cycle, we project a total revenue of DKK 524,880, resulting in a net profit of DKK 181,958 after accounting for all costs and taxes.
At this stage, the investor will have the option to either continue scaling the business or exit the investment. Should the investor choose to withdraw, the profits from the final cycle will be distributed equally, with a 50/50 split.
